With a background in public service as a former Broward Sheriff's Office deputy and U.S. Marshals Service officer, Daviel's commitment to community safety and wellbeing has always been at the forefront of his career.
The inspiration for MTS came from Daviel's recognition of a critical gap in medical transportation—the need for a more compassionate, patient-centered approach to non-emergency medical transport. In 2016, with the support of his grandfather Armando Hernandez, who helped purchase the company's first wheelchair-accessible van, Daviel launched MTS as a one-man operation.
Through unwavering dedication and a focus on exceptional service, Daviel has transformed MTS from a single-vehicle enterprise into one of South Florida's most trusted medical transportation providers. Today, MTS operates a fleet of 64 specialized vehicles and employs a team of 53 dedicated professionals, all sharing Daviel's vision of dignified, reliable patient transport.
Daviel has expanded MTS's services to include non-emergency ambulance transportation, maintaining the same commitment to excellence and patient care that has defined MTS since its founding. Under his leadership, MTS continues to raise the standard for medical transportation services across South & Central Florida.
